Credit / Debit Card: We use Shopify Payments for all credit and debit card payments to ensure that you can shop safely, and your card details are not compromised. Shopify encrypt every single transaction to the highest standards. Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Maestro, Shopify Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Paypal: Another secure payment method which uses the funds from your PayPal account.
VAT: RARA prices exclude VAT which will then be calculated at the checkout section before you process your order. The current rate of VAT in the UK is 20%. Customers purchasing from outside of the UK will not be charged VAT depending on their location or if they can provide a valid tax id before ordering.
All orders that are made before 4pm (Mon - Fri) will be dispatched the next working day (stock permitting) via the delivery service you have selected at checkout. Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following working day.

At RARA we do our best to ensure that all items are fully stocked, however sometimes high demand for certain products can result in some products becoming out of stock temporarily. Our stock is tracked and our system updated automatically so as to avoid items that are out of stock being ordered.

Most orders are dispatched the same day, so if you need to cancel your order then please email us immediately hello@justrara.com
It is not always possible to intercept orders that have already been dispatched, so in the event that your order has been dispatched and can't be intercepted, or it has been delivered to you then you'll need to return your unwanted order to us and follow our Returns Policy.
